Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using GMS.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GMS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
GMS provides a multi-tenant gym management SaaS platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
You create your GMS account with accurate information and keep your login details private. Everything that happens under your account is your responsibility. If you ever suspect someone else has accessed your account, contact our support team right away at info@workflowgym.com.
4. Subscription & Payment
GMS plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. Payments processed are final. If you believe a charge is incorrect, raise it with us within 7 days and we will investigate promptly.
5. Acceptable Use
GMS is built for legitimate gym management. You may not use it to break any applicable law, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, upload harmful or malicious content, reverse-engineer any part of the platform, or do anything that degrades the experience for other users.
6. Data Ownership
Every record you create in GMS — member profiles, payment logs, attendance history — belongs to you. We hold your data on your behalf, not as owners of it. If you close your account, you can request a full export before deletion.
7. Limitation of Liability
GMS is a tool to help you run your gym more efficiently. We are not responsible for business decisions made using our platform, missed renewals, data entered incorrectly by your staff, or losses that arise from events outside our control. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before any claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. If a dispute arises that we cannot resolve together, it will be handled in Indian courts in the jurisdiction where WorkflowGym is registered.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms when our product or legal requirements change. If the change is significant, we will email you at least 7 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use GMS after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
